If the Form 10 is good, I’m fully expecting an S-1 next week.
The big question is: How long will the review take? Is there a special route for “Not a lot of hair on it”, like an express checkout? Or do all boats float thru the same channel no matter the complexity? Or will the same reviewer for the Form 10 take up the S-1 when it comes in?
I just hope we’re not looking at a similar process as the GNBT S-1. This is FAR more important than that in the grand plan, IMO.
