Any ideas why the SEC hasn’t let DECN off the grey sheets? Hasn’t KB given them a working meter or a video of a working meter or something yet? What’s taking so long?
In my humble opinion Berman is waiting to be replaced by a message board poster and proclaimed SEC informant.
By the way, DECN filed its Form 550 with the SEC yesterday afternoon. A copy can be found on OTCMarkets.com --> Disclosures.
