This is a perfect example of getting you to wonder just what the SEC actually does.
We have nothing on the S1 nor the Form 10 and the Form 10 will auto approve next week probably and it was requested by the SEC. A form that was requested and they didn’t even do anything with it.
Then you have a S1 that is still being waited on.
It makes you wonder...
