My E-Trade platform also says Nasdaq however, I am 100% certain they are in the OTCQB.
If you write up a buy order on the E-Trade platform for an OTC stock, there will still be a commission applied. E-Trade is commission-free for NYSE exchanges and Nasdaq. So if you are using E-Trade and a commission is applied to your buy order, it's an OTC stock. I hope that helps. Good luck to everyone today....
