Their goal is to file a bunch of frivolous lawsuits in an attempt to bury the good PRs under the fake lawsuits. They did the same thing to AVXL. They'll all be dismissed as frivolous, and they know that, but their goal is to bury the good news. Just watch, there will be many more popping up today and this weekend, and most of the so-called "lawyers" will have addresses of empty buildings, etc.
