Of course the BLA was filed when the PR said it was... and the FDA must have asked for an update, that's all.
Tonight's PR is not the first to have :
The BLA submission PR came out on Monday April 27th and there have been six more PRs since (one of six came out same day 4/27).
The last two PRs have the same statement in them (above quote):
