Guys, Not sure if all you are aware but the shares I picked up directly from CYDY including the warrants are all sold as shorts.
this is because the way that CYDY has ruled the shares as rule 144 which means that a broker has to get the shares directly from computer share after he short sells them from your account. they are all Short sold as 35 day exempt which means that the me as the owner of the shares doesnt have to come up with the money, but it takes about 20 days or so for Fidelity (in my case) to submit the paperwork to cydy to allow computershares to release the shares, only to Fidelity in order to cover the shares that were shorted when i went to sell.
this is how all 100K shares plus my warrants will be sold, as I was told by Fidelity.
So on top of any real shorts, anyone selling from a Paulson deal or previous deals is also shorting in order to sell their shares. I was not happy when I learned of this but I am fairly new to the accredited investor arena and am learning fast. most of my other plays are not worth selling yet.
