right lets hope for now the last auditor was essentially complete
with the filings and can essentially hand the work over to
the new firm, and Henry wants to wait to file
when the New Auditor gets hired.

The thought also just crossed my mind that "IF" PHIL is
planning to embark on some serious projects in the near
future Henry may have wanted to UPGRADE to a Bigger
Auditing firm who can handle such projects. Maybe Henry
in consultation with Lux and Custodian Bank partners just think
they need a better Auditor at this point.
