Looks like more delay folks. The 8K says PHIL is just now selecting a
New Auditor to complete the filings for June 2019, Sept 2019, Dec 2019
and March 2020.

Who knows how long its going to take to get that all done. Henry will
likely give a timeline in the upcoming CC. Hopefully he can get
others things done in the meantime while we're waiting on
filings, but the market isn't going to reward the stock price
much without proving PHIL it can get filings done at this point.
