Will be brief.
Govt shut down and these govt workers were broke....how is it possible.they work for govt.have high salarys etc and out of work for a week or two and they have zero cushion? Cant pay rent .bills etc
Yes people live pay check to pay check.they either make alot or little money.the people who make little dont save and those that get paid well , over spend and dont save.

So yes its not easy to deal with what they make.
