when you are paying for something you want to get it right- even if you are press if you make a mistake it can be a process to make it right-such as the nationally spread wrongful story re a covid party gathering to purposefully catch the virus-there was no such intention- so now that news outlet is in an embarassing situation with other news outlets demanding an explanation

given the volume in a normally thinly traded stock the pps should have gone higher - i have not researched that angle but seems there was a lot of selling/profit taking to keep the pps down- plus i'm sure there was manipulation-which is synonymous w the stock market
