1. No, if Tony and the ex-BOD members win, this is good for SH. Less dilution. If they loose and CYDY wins, well, doesn't matter either - compensation already known and factored in.
2. NP didn't put all of the proceeds of his stock sales into the company (yet) and neither did he say so. The proceeds of the options excercise went directly to the company, about 3m. However, many here suspect that if needed NP will put the rest (11m-taxes) into the company if needed.
