The numbers
look like 3.9 million US births after abortions of 1 million a year. 2.9 Million Deaths per year. Net population gain 1 million.
Migration and immigration will be very restrictive for a long while...as it only takes 1
Covid-19 plateau looks to be around 3000 additional death per day 365 days X 3000 = 1.09 Million
That leaves room for 90k a year in immigration.
The medical stuff I have listened to tells me under the present Medical leadership. There will never be a effective vaccination and covid-19 will be like the seasonal flu 50/50 chance it is effective.
