This is what I fail to understand.
The oncologist has stopped treatment and has pretty much told Sarah " you're done ".
Side effects concern? That's weak. She is going to die.
If her oncologist has any compassion, which they don't appear to thus far, why not tell Sarah go do what you can and live.
If this story is true, the oncologist and hospital better be prepared to get sued.
