You guys are getting too worked up over this. While I believe NP should do what he can to help, he needs to tread carefully because if her doctor felt she was too ill and didn't want to risk leronlimab and NP bypasses the doctor and if things don't go well, the responsibility will lie on NP and Cytodyn.
There is no guarantee that leronlimab will help her. It could be for a number of reasons we don't have the expertise to assess.
Best thing liability wise is for her to convince her doctor to try leronlimab or for her to find another doctor who will. NP/Cytodyn should NOT. Any wrong steps here could jeopardize everything. You think Cytodyn is being treated unfairly now, a negative outcome of interfering with her doctor will be handing some big guns to everyone against the Company.
