I've never heard of the broker Lynx. If it's not a US based house, there are probably restrictions on buying OTC stocks.
Your broker said that because they don't allow you to open a position, it's got nothing to do with the market. UNVC is wide open trading with no present restrictions through the major US brokers.
Sounds like you need to find a broker who allows you to trade US OTC stocks.
