Unless the PR gets out former bashers will flip on a dime. Doesn't take any time to apply for a provisional patent. I can hear them now, pump and dump. Another misstep putting that update out without being prepared to immediately followup with the PR. It's one thing being able to development and totally different being able to run a company.
