For me, too much philosophical discussion about future pandemics and how they will be dealt with. Need to focus on the current epidemic and return to work and how HealthID will help with that.

Jay did confirm for me that HealthID does not have all the QD bells and whistles that the anti-counterfeit blockchain ledger is going to have. Which is good because time is too short to implement the full QD verification aspects at this time. Get a secure blockchain system up and running now, and show that the basic version works for the current problem. The added security can be added for the next pandemic.
