that ONCI was working with CogoSense
that HEXA was a real thing
that the Delaware debt was paid
that we were moving to CO
that there were salespeople in all 50 states
that we had deals with hundreds of dealerships
that there was revenue
that there were apps in development
that we had a deal with Sifthouse
and that gift card exchange was ready to roll out.

After ALL OF THOSE BLATANT LIES, why would you believe him about the attorney letter?
