The point is RP is attempting to damage the company and has been for a while. This is not just an anonymous poster trying to create doubt so they can get cheaper shares to cover or initiate a position at a lower entry point.

Will anything come of it? I don't know, probably not. I do like that Joe cares enough to at least make the attorney aware and acknowledge my concern.
