Here's what I've deduced of how those p values relate to the chart. Although I could be wrong. The lines underneath the p values relate to the comparison between Healthy, Mild/Moderate and Critical.
For example on the CCL5 chart p <.0001 stretches from healthy to critical so that is the p value differential between the two. The second p value - p=.0677 has a line between mild/moderate to critical so that's the differential between those two. etc.
Which means healthy to critical -
IL-1b - p = .0025
IL-6 - p < .0001
Il-8 - p = .0011
CCL5 - p < .0001
