Hi Laundry - I'm replying because my calcs are different and the difference is pretty large.
I think NP exercised 5.4 million shares at an average price of 70.1 cents. Total to Cytodyn of $3.79 million. (NP gross from sales = $15.7 million: before exercise cost and tax)
For Kelly, I calculate: 1.45 million shares at an average price of 45.3 cents. $656,000 to Cytodyn. (Kelly gross from sales = $3.9 million before exercise cost and tax)
Anyone else do these calcs?
