Yes that is too far overboard and abnormal. The masks shouldn't be allowed as many of us in the USA do not like facial covering of people period. It just isn't a good idea. The weapons are over board too. Holstering a sidearm is one thing frontal rifles is another. We need some self common sense which limits extremes.
