The way I see it it could be handled as a pre-treatment/vaccination each year. You get sick you go it get tested. Test comes back positive to covid-19 or a new stain of it. They give you an IV or most likely a shot. B combo or B alone will allow the body have time to create antibodies for that stain and your good for that season. Not so much a vaccine but just like your seasonal flu shot.
Not to mention they can even guess how the strain is mutating allowing them to introduce covid at small amount to allow a persons own body to create antibodies to it before hand.
If you leave the county it could be added to the shot recommendation
