Talk to your tax advisor . Remember I never said all . Not getting exercises surely pressures company to dilute , that hurts the company even more , less stock appreciation with further dilution . Your not looking at all aspects only yours . If early warrants were callable then they would of gotten funding coming in hence less dilution on the next raise etc etc . Good luck whatever you do .
