Thats my point. Those were uncertain times, and I feel that the folks that stepped up and funded the company helped get us to this point.
For those who dont know, to purchase from the company you have to be an accredited investor, and the MINIMUM investment each round is $50,000.
So, while I recognize that it would be very helpful to the company if warrant holders all exercised its not only unlikely to happen, but misguided to vilify warrant holders for not doing so.
If we need more funds to to uplist, we should authorize an additional 20 million shares.
