I would venture a guess, that along with the money NP and Scott Kelly infused in the company for 5-6 weeks of operation, Scott Kelly will have some no dilutive funds coming in, to provide a stop gap until we get things really rolling.

I also think, that there was not a PR this morning, because everyone in the company is working at lighting speed and a lot of things are coming together right now, and there simply was not any time to get one ready.

I bet there will be a day coming soon, where we get 2 PRs that are significant, and clarify the direction we are headed.
