That's true, I blame no one but myself, but, I guess, then, the SEC is a waste of taxpayer money.
If you buy a new car and it's a lemon, are you allowed to return it or do you have to keep it, because no one made you buy it? I'm not saying SFOR is a lemon, but truth in advertising....
