Off-topic: Hope this mayor does many more things between now and 2037 to be considered a presidential hopeful. That's a 37% increase over 17 years - almost 2 decades for the expected outcome to materialize. Its practically an "in-your-face" decision to upgrade the old airport. Easy to spend money. Many mid-tier cities are looking to upgrade airports these days. I live in one currently rebuilding theirs.
