Let me use Property Tax as an example.
Every year we pay property tax which is a certain percentage of the price of the house. Ideally, after I buy the house, I want the housing price crashes all the way to ZERO so I dont need to pay tax. And I want the housing price to go thru the roof when I am ready to sell my house. So the only two times SP means anything to me is the day I buy and the day I sell. So dont kill yourself over the price in between. But if you do please sell your CYDY to me first.
