I feel vindicated. Now we know for certain. NP's answer to the webcast question today whether he sold stock was clearly "yes." Now we have the SEC filing to prove it. He disposed of 4.8mil shares. Won't wait for any apologies.
So while the company got some money from NP exercising. He got a boat load more...on top of the million dollar salary he's already pulling in. I don't have an issue with NP taking profit. I hope he turns around and lends it to the company. I have an issue with him doing it now and selling at much lower prices when he was bragging about the last financing deal being struck at $4.50 per share.
I guess we'll see over the next few days.
