GNBT S1 - could be approved by SEC any day now
NGIO S1 is all ready to go I heard and it should be filed right after Form 10 is approved...Form 10 should be automatically approved on 5/11, so NGIO S1 probably will be filed on 5/12 or so...
As far as when NGIO S1 will be approved by SEC...that's up to SEC...hopefully, SEC will not take too long since NGIO is a brand new company, should be pretty clean.
Once S1 approved...then NGIO can trade on NASDAQ...at least that's the plan.
