The real question should be....are you issuing shares at 80% discount over the last 20 trading days to pay down debt & interest expense....
Now those have to be on "book" somewhere for benefit of those who received those....now wouldn't make sense for those receiving those to sell as fast as possible to make a quick 20%....
WOULDN'T it make the most sense that these blocks are SOLD after market on otc....
They included in the S-1 filing....so if these shares are hitting then explains at least to me why it goes down AFTER HOURS....just my opinion
