I agree that a PR would have been nice but there is a reason for this and I'm sure it has legal ramifications if disclosed too early. But the suggestion that he sold for his own profit believing his own product will fail is absurd on so many levels, not the least of which would be if that was the case, he would have waited until after the imminent publication of the Montifore data.
