The science doesnt change based on new posters coming in and trying to create fear about Nadar infusing cash into the company. While I am impressed that he did this, I personally would be fine with him selling another 10, 20, 30 million shares.
Whatever it takes to ramp up production and get uplisted. And for those that will say "Even if that drove the stock price down to $2?"

Do the math. What is the difference to your share price when we have a market cap of say $14 billion, if we have to increase the OS from 700 million to 750 million? (hint drops from $20/share to $18.67)
Meaningful? Yes. Worth stressing about? No.
