What he said was the opposite of what, I think, you are implying he said.

He was praising Leronlimab by saying his mother in law, who he sees every day, is still alive. Remember that he has said before she wouldn't if it was not for Leronlimab.

This is not a "proof of concept" this is a positive medical outcome in front of his and our eyes. I could give you the scientific name (in trials) but it doesn't really matter. Every day it passes should give you a reason for rejoicing.
