I am asking for clarification. If someone knows otherwise, please point me to the filing. The only filing we have seen is the form 144 which lists the entire position.
Did he sell the entire position?
Did he sell some of the position?
Why are investors forced to guess...at best? This is perhaps my biggest issue with this entire ordeal.
