I'm a bit confused why everyone thinks NP's actions are so great.
He exercised his warrants. That brings cash to the company.
But then he sold his stock. That does nothing for the company. Now, if it turns out he then enters into a financing arrangement with the company with those proceeds and gets new warrants in exchange, then that would be a great move by NP on behalf of shareholders. Or, perhaps he would duplicate the deal he just did in March where the strike price was $4.50/share.
I seem to be missing something. Did he not sell the 4mil shares?
