NP just released the video. Some interpret it as he exercised the shares to fund samsung. But he didn't say that. He mentioned samsung. And he said he and Scott exercised shares to fund the company for 5-6 weeks.

If you read the article you mentioned, it is clearly a type-o. That final payment due Samsung is due in 2021 -- which is consistent with the contract.

The video was somewhat confusing, but I believe he exercised to fund the company. And that the "big payment due" was the payment to progenics (which is about the size of the funding he provided the company). And with his and Scott's exercises, they can continue to fund the company for the stated 5-6 weeks before needing to raise additional funds.

But everyone can believe what they choose to believe.
