I very much agree. NP could have handled this very differently.
He should have issued an open letter to warrant holders reiterating what was stated in Friday's webcast: if everyone exercises, we'd have enough capital to uplist. Then he should have stated that he would match every warrant exercised himself up to the maximum he held.
We would have had a very different response today in my opinion.
That said, I appreciate what he's trying to do.
