The downward pressure put on the SP this morning was predicted and we know of 2 types of traders that are responding to this. Either the trader reads these shorter's tweets and blogs and believes them or the trader sees opportunity to sell now and re-buy later at a lower SP. The first trader is just following blindly, the second might be a smart trader. However, given what Nader said in the wallstreet reporter interview, the SP really matters now and getting warrant holders to excersize is very important.
The funding to move forward at the fastest pace most readily comes from warrants excercized. We clearly see how important this is from Nader's actions to keep Samsung's production going forward.
This is not just a trade, this is not even just an investment. The difference between averaging down your position and just holding is so small in grand scheme. Is a SP that goes from $2 to $30 really that different than a SP that goes from $3 to $30?
For shorting to work, you need investors to sell out of fear, but investors selling out of opportunity achieves the same thing. If investors don't sell, shorts don't work. Short squeezes are built on positive news about the investment, but mostly on investors not selling. If a short has to close their position and know one is selling, the SP goes parabolic.
I am not criticizing anyone being smart or telling anyone how to manage their position and money, I'm in this to make money also. I just want to encourage all of us to take the greater good of this investment as serious as possible. When I listen to Nader, Bruce and Jay about what they are doing, I wonder what I can do to help. I'm tapped out as far as funds and i never had any warrants to excersize. I also have never sold any shares no matter what the SP is.
