Amazing Article completely debunking the short thesis. Article completely clears up all the distortion by the shorts.
So the Form 144 is real but theres nothing actionable here at all. Its not like there is overhang. The trade happened its factored into the price.
If anything this is a very bullish bet that the CEO made on the drug and the company. Looks like he did it to save lives thanks to the slow approval process of a game saving drug. It also looks like he still might have more money in terms of an officer loan should we need it.
I think the Chicago guys are Chicago Venture Partners. What a bunch jerks to hold up the financing.

It seems like Adam Feuerstein is not a good guy. He's responsible for this mess. I hope the SEC lynches him but I dont think they will. If this stock falls Monday - ITS OUR FAULT! because we didnt spread this message and tell everyone we know that CYDY has got a great drug.
