I would like a rule that any thumbs down on a post, especially a post that shows DD went into forming it and expressing ideas of where such DD should lead IPIX, has to give reasons for the thumbs down.

If someone is going to blow off a post, have the ba*** to say what you find in error about the post and provide an alternative idea.

Right now, thumbs down are basically viewed as agenda-driven only.
