I could pass a test on the Constitution and Bill of Rights tomorrow, just as I did in grammar school, HS and college.
There are no rights without responsibilities. You can't yell fire in a crowded theater, for example.
Government can't not make a law establishing a religion, for another example.
Tell me you've taken a constitutional law class and have actually read SCOTUS opinions.
Failing that, please identify the constitutional rights being violated by the shutdown orders, including the ones by GOP governors and mayors.
