All convertibles eligible to convert right now have done so, with about 5M shares remaining until immediate ‘overhang’ is gone... /4
There are more convertibles, but the key is there are not multiple sellers with available shares, we are looking to consolidate the selling into a single investor to mitigate competitive selling which is really the big driver of price decline /5
With that being said, we continue to believe that the only path forward is executing on the strategy of seeing value from the current equity assets and pending equity (Todos acquisition of Breakthrough) and the creation of value via Hempori. /6
