Now, my 2 cents on what Doc may be waiting on. It could be the first quarter financials. We all know Doc can put out the financials at any time he is finished, because we are "dark". But lets say Doc posted the year end financials in late February, he would then be required to have the first quarter out by last Thursday, the 30th, or have to get a 15 day extension. If he didn't make the 30th, we would have a "yield" sign on the OTC and 16 days later a "stop" sign again. With COVID-19, his accountants and attorneys are probably short staffed and maybe having a hard time getting out financials. So, he waits until the first quarter financials are done and then goes current with no risk of a "stop" sign re-appearing and maybe holding up an up list and it simply is just not the best thing to see after being current.
