I posted this Twitter notification last night on the Yahoo board. I believe what's being said, silently by Dr Fauci with this 'like', is he's well aware of leronlimab, but the politics need to be walked correctly before approval. Let's face it, CytoDyn has NO lobbyists stuffing dollars into pockets like Gilead.
