You are probably right, however, my line of though is as follows:
COVID is highly contagious, known cases in USA alone more than a million now.
For herd immunity 60%-70% of any population. USA alone more than 200 Million. China 905 Million (using 65% as average).
Of course, who will receive Leronlimab ?? If is first line of defense everybody with symptoms ...
Extrapolation to the whole world the number will be very big until a vaccine is found, and still there will be need for Leronlimab (not as much as before, of course).
