Thanks for the link and giving me my serving of dirt. Since its been proven legit, I'll provide my thoughts on it.
Page 2 shows how the shares were acquired by NP on 4-30-20.
Page 1 shows how the shares were issued from CYDY to NP on 4-30-20.
It isn't about how NP sold to the market. Its about how the Company issued shares to NP.
