I found the Form 144. the 4.5M shares Nature of Acquisition/Transaction = Stock option exercise; Nature of Payment = Cashless exercise. Then 300k is listed NA/T = Award Grant. And, as a point of information, the signature is clearly electronically generated. From my extremely limited knowledge, it looks like he just exercised some options, but that doesn’t necessarily mean he will sell them, correct?
